Hey I’m about 6″0 190lbs I play ball I’m an athletic guy I just can’t get rid of my lower stomach fat like once I lose that i’m ready for anything do u got tips?
@jofrey123456781 You may want to avoid excessive amounts of cardio if you are skinny. But never exclude cardio. You are off to a great start already since you can see your abs! But for getting your abs(and all of your other muscles) bigger, you are going to have to “beef up” your diet, making sure that you are eating plenty of muscle repairing foods before and, most importantly, after your workouts. But these are just a few suggestions. Be sure to read up on alot of reliable info!! GOOD LUCK!
@jofrey123456781 I got the same problem. I got a six pack, but is covered with little belly fat, but still quite visible tough. but when I eat, my belly becomes huge and I look fat
I’m 5’11″ 160lbs, lean. I can’t get my bottom 2 abs to come in. I do 10 minutes of nonstop abs in addition to my regular workouts and cardio. Are there any exercises that target the lower abs?
go for a run bro.
especially in the stomach you wont see any abs until you lower your percent body fat which comes with diet and good cardio(running). cardio combined with weights and good diet is your best bet.
keep doing pushups or maybe flys and press with weights for your chest. lower abs and obliques are targeted with leg lifts and twisting ab excercises.
good luck
