  3. i had a c sec 2 mths ago and my doc said i can work out !! are these exercises appropriate ? i feel a little pain doing them.. but its that good pain or bad lol doesnt like hurt hurt or anything just sore..

    how much is a “zillion” “M3GanOfficial” it should work, but you gotta cut down on carbs…. and add protein and fiber, fruits and veggies to your diet…

    for anyone havin a prob with the last exercise…i did mainly cause i cant get my legs striaght up….jus do them against a wall. other than cool vid…..are you gonna one for the lower abs….if so appreciate it. later

    this is not fuckin good! I tried this and i cant feel anything at all im so damn weak with my stomach muscles i cant lift my self off the floor at all. wtf do i do my shoulder blades cant get off the floor

    wish i could feel the pain i get it in my back lower back muscles and below the hips on the legs above thigh!

    But that was with my feet stuck under a heavy sofa and going all the way up i hated it

  18. I did abs exercises for the first time this week, and I felt the pain in my abs from doing them that I couldn’t do them again until the pain subsided. Its not bad pain either, it was actually good pain, but not the kind of pain that required medical attention. It told me that I actually worked some abs muscles and they were getting used to the fact that I am now exercising them.
